All quotations provided by Sealube Marine Trading are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Orders are accepted subject to availability and confirmation by Sealube Marine Trading. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Once an order is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment must be made in writing and is subject to our approval.
4. Website Availability
All prices are quoted in the currency specified on the invoice and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and freight charges unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as agreed upon in writing between the parties. Sealube Marine Trading reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with applicable law. Title to goods passes to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment.
5. Account Registration and Security
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. Sealube Marine Trading shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to port congestion, weather conditions, or supplier delays.
6. Orders, Products, and Services
All products supplied by Sealube Marine Trading meet the specifications stated at the time of sale. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products selected are suitable for their specific operational requirements. Sealube Marine Trading does not accept liability for damage arising from the use of products in applications for which they are not recommended.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Claims for shortages, damage, or non-conforming goods must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of delivery. No goods may be returned without prior written authorisation from Sealube Marine Trading. Authorised returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Credit or replacement will be issued at our discretion following inspection of returned goods.
8. User Submissions
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sealube Marine Trading's liability for any claim arising from the supply of goods or services shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods or services in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
